One of the most talented female wrestlers in the company has fell victim to horrible booking and questionable decisions on her character. Despite giving justice to her long-time role as a face, it is clearly evident that Banks is meant to be the opposite.

With most of her glory days back in the NXT coming off as a heel character, the Boss has been shunted off in the main roster with her title reigns booked terribly and the official's hesitation to change her.

In her current feud against Bayley, Banks has developed a far more aggressive side to her character but it is yet to blossom since the company is currently clueless about their next step. A possible heel turn and an introduction to the title image will elevate the Boss to unlock her true potential.
