Stone Cold
Stone Cold and Vince McMahon's friendship isn't exactly a secret. The two have been close for a long time and it's safe to say that Austin played a huge part in helping Vince McMahon beat WCW. While speaking with Lilia Garcia, Stone Cold revealed that Vince McMahon was heavily editing his character, and it was holding him back. He talked to Vince about the same and convinced him to stop editing him on-screen.

Like I told him, my response to him was, ‘Vince, you got guys here 6’10, 7 feet tall, 300 to 330 pounds,’ I said, ‘I’m 6’2, 250, black trunks, black boots. If you take my personality, from me, I can’t compete. If you give me my personality, I can compete with anyone you got.’ And he says, ‘Okay Steve.’
Steve Austin managed to convince Vince McMahon during the talk, and the rest, as they say, is history. He went on to become a cultural icon and was the face of WWE during the Attitude Era. His popularity reached such great heights that WWE kept bringing him back for special appearances regularly, after his retirement in 2003. Unlike many others, Austin's special returns used to end with The Rattlesnake standing tall after delivering a Stunner on the current Superstars.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
