#3. Chad Gable - An uphill battle in WWE

Chad Gable is one of the best homegrown superstars that WWE has on their roster. Despite this, it hasn't been a great run for him in the company beyond the first few months.

When he arrived on SmackDown Live, he was paired up with Jason Jordan in what was considered the best picks of the WWE Draft. They had a reign as SmackDown Tag Team Champions, but it was short and in 2017, Jordan was sent to RAW in what looked to be the start of his singles push.

Gable has been in numerous tag teams over the last four years, with WWE not knowing what to do with him. He's 35 years old and looks like he could have a long career ahead in the company.

He has the "underdog look" and is a great technical wrestler - both of which have been the trademarks of superstars like Bret Hart, Chris Benoit, and Daniel Bryan. There could be a long road ahead of him, and it may be an uphill battle, but it isn't impossible.
