Roman Reigns is another big name that WWE would never let go of, at any cost. He has been with the company for over a decade at this point. Reigns carries a rich legacy formed over the past several decades by the Anoa'i family. He worked for about two years in developmental before making his way to the main roster as part of The Shield.
Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Jon Moxley dominated the main roster for around two years before Rollins turned on his brethren and the faction became history. Thus kicked off Reigns' mega WWE push that very few have received in the past.

Roman Reigns headlined four consecutive WrestleMania main events against the likes of Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker, and Triple H. He became the second wrestler to ever defeat The Undertaker at WrestleMania. Reigns was a polarizing figure for years on end, mainly due to WWE forcibly pushing him as a top star despite fans not wanting the same. Reigns finally turned heel last year and has been doing the best work of his career since then.
Roman Reigns won the Universal title last year soon after turning heel and is still holding the belt on the SmackDown brand. He has destroyed some of WWE's best talents along the way and there's no telling who will manage to dethrone him. Reigns is one of the most popular wrestlers in the industry today and it's safe to assume that he isn't going elsewhere for a long time to come.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
