Still the Perfect 10?

Similarly to Breeze, Tye Dillinger was a part of NXT for a long time before getting his call up to Smackdown in April 2017 and hasn't been able to do anything worthy of note since then.

The Perfect 10 was a fan favorite at Full Sail with his 10 chants even spreading over to main roster shows and entered to a massive ovation when he came out at the number 10 spot during the 2017 Royal Rumble match.

Dillinger is another superstar who WWE don't currently seem to see as championship material and have let his popularity slowly start to fade.

Dillinger was never really near the title picture when he was in NXT either, despite how over he was with fans he wasn't really at the level of other superstars who were there at the time such as Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, Samoa Joe and Shinsuke Nakamura.

But back then there was no North American Championship, the NXT mid-card title would have been the perfect spot for the Perfect 10 had it been available to him at the time. Maybe that spot would be what's best for Dillinger now, going back to the place where he was loved by fans and now with a more achievable goal he could get his mojo back.
