Stephen Amell was first introduced to the wrestling world as part of a feud against Cody Rhodes during his time in WWE. This allowed Amell to make his in-ring debut at SummerSlam back in 2015. It later led to Rhodes making a guest appearance on Arrow.

Amell has since been around the wrestling world in All Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor. However, it appears that Rhodes isn't the only wrestler that he's "feuded" with.

Batista has been making quite a name for himself in Hollywood in recent years. However, The Animal returned to WWE to take on Triple H at last year's WrestleMania, which seemingly garnered the attention of Stephen Amell.

The above Tweet was seemingly meant in good humor, but the former WWE star must've been caught in a bad mood and responded with a stern message.

Amell went on to make it clear that he was joking with Batista and then begged for his life in the final tweet exchanged between the two men.

Batista went on to tell Lilian Garcia that he was offended by the tweet. He explained that he responded in the way that he did because he knows Amell has a large Twitter following. Therefore, it could have caused a domino effect, which would have in turn seen fans react negatively to his return match in WWE.
