#4. Jeff Hardy - Has no momentum heading into Elimination Chamber

Jeff Hardy is a big name and a WWE legend, which is why we can partly understand the reason for him being inside the Elimination Chamber match. But lately on RAW, there hasn't been anything going for him.

At the very least, there should have been an active storyline in place ahead of Elimination Chamber, as most of his competitors are involved in one storyline or the other.

Jeff Hardy's name value may be enough. But since the theme of Drew McIntyre's title defense is the fact that he is facing five former WWE Champions, The Charismatic Enigma technically qualifies.

But the fact of the matter is that he has no momentum heading into the Elimination Chamber match, unlike a Superstar like Sheamus. Moreover, he isn't the best option either, especially since it's certain that he won't be walking out of the match as the WWE Champion.

If anything, Jeff Hardy has the highest chance of being the first man eliminated from the Elimination Chamber match.
