#3 Kurt Angle was unhappy with some WWE Superstars using his finishers

Kurt Angle is known as one of the most technical WWE Superstars of all time. The man who retired at WrestleMania 35 gave fans several top matches to remember him. Angle’s impressive skill-set and his finishing moves, the Angle Slam and the Ankle Lock, helped him win several titles inside and outside WWE.

However, after he left WWE for some time, he noticed that Randy Orton started using the Angle Slam on his opponents. On the other hand, Jack Swagger started using the Ankle Lock, and Angle was not too pleased about the Superstars’ actions. He went as far as to call Swagger and Orton disrespectful and claimed that the Superstars had no respect for him.

“When Jack Swagger copies my ankle lock and Randy Orton does my Angle Slam, it’s disrespectful. I didn’t come up with the Ankle Lock, Ken Shamrock came up with the Ankle Lock but I waited until he retired to do the Ankle Lock. That company has no respect for me.”

Angle wasn’t on very good terms with WWE at the time since he was not working with them and went on to make the comments. However, he later joined WWE again and seems to be okay with some current Superstars, such as Apollo Crews and Chad Gable, using some of his moves.
