5 WWE Superstars who could miss WrestleMania due to COVID-19

#1. Rey Mysterio

Rey Mysterio wrestled against Andrade last week on Monday Night RAW and was interestingly able to come out on top, earning himself a United States Championship match.

It was rumored that this match would be taking place at WrestleMania 36, but shockingly. a match for the RAW Tag Team Championship was announced with Andrade and Angel Garza teaming taking on The Street Profits.

It was later revealed by The Wrestling Observer that Rey Mysterio had also been quarantined. This meant that he was out of WrestleMania and that he couldn't compete for the United States Championship, despite the fact that the match had already been set up the week before.

It's worth noting that WWE hasn't put Andrade in a Championship match next weekend, which probably means that Creative want Mysterio to continue his storyline with Andrade and that he will claim his shot at the United States Championship once he is ready to return.
