#4. Goldust

When Goldust debuted in the WWF in 1995, very few fans could have expected just how long Dustin Runnels would go. With his bizarre mannerisms, unique offence and lust for all things golden, Runnels would tweak the character to keep it fresh, performing to this day, 23 years later.

But in 2018, it seems that Goldust has done everything there is to do as part of his in-ring career, and could hang up his boots in 2019.

Ending his career could open up plenty of possibilities for Runnels, who would presumably receive some sort of backstage role, where he would be able to put his decades of wrestling wisdom to use.

Leaving the ring could also see the Golden one take his rightful place alongside his father Dusty in the Hall of Fame, possibly inducted by his brother Cody.
