Baron Corbin won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royale at WrestleMania 32 back in 2016 on his main roster debut, and that victory looked like a sign of things to come for the former NXT star.

Corbin then won the Money in the Bank contract, and it looked like he was on his way to an inevitable WWE Championship win. However, after a series of matches with Nakamura, the Lone Wolf's momentum appeared to have stalled.

A few backstage altercations and a Twitter spat with Dave Meltzer later, Corbin was forced to cash in his contract early and lose the match to Jinder Mahal. He then went on to job for Cena at SummerSlam and is now back on the mid-card.

Corbin hasn't won a match on Pay-per-view since June. Since the Lone Wolf will face AJ Styles for the US Championship at Hell in a Cell and it's rumoured that this match could become a triple threat that also includes Tye Dillinger, it is highly unlikely that this stat will change after next Sunday night.
