#4 Alexa Bliss 'breaks' her arm (2017)

When Alexa Bliss moved to SmackDown Live as part of the 2016 Brand Extension, few could've expected just how much the petite powerhouse would accomplish.

After 2 years on the main show, Bliss has won 5 women's championships and has appeared at WrestleMania 33 and 34 holding gold.

Appearing at the Great Balls of Fire pay per view, Bliss faced off against fellow-champion Sasha Banks, with Bliss' RAW Women's Title on the line.

Mid-match, Alexa curled into the corner, holding her arm, which was bent backwards.

As the referee attempted to help Little Miss Bliss, Sasha could only watch on, as this injury had seemingly brought the end to the match.

Moments later though, Bliss would miraculously recover, attacking the Boss, and whilst the Boss would win the match, it was via count-out.

Bliss would later explain that her double-jointed elbow was the key to his deception.
