When Triple H formed an alliance with the recently turned heel 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, it seemed nothing could beat them.

Dubbed the Two-Man Power Trip, the pair raised hell in the WWF, at one point holding the WWF, Intercontinental and Tag Titles simultaneously.

This all came to an end on the May 21, 2001 edition of RAW is WAR, when the Game suffered a quad tear in a tag title match against Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit.

Carrying on, the Game would hobble around but deliver an epic performance, even being locked in the Walls of Jericho on the announce table.

Losing the titles, the Cerebral Assassin would take several months off recovering, before returning better than ever in January 2002, to win that year's Royal Rumble match.
