Kurt Angle is one of the most dominant athletes in the history of pro-wrestling
At WrestleMania 19, Brock Lesnar wrestled Kurt Angle in the main event, with the WWE title on the line. Lesnar had earned the opportunity to face Angle after winning the 2003 Royal Rumble match. The finish to the match saw Lesnar hitting an F-5 on Angle to become WWE Champion for the second time in his career. Angle took a break from in-ring action following WrestleMania, due to an injury.

Months after Angle lost his WWE title to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 19, the two met again in the main event of Vengeance 2003, in a Triple Threat match that also involved Big Show. Angle came out victorious in the end and thus became the second Superstar to defeat Lesnar for the WWE title, after Big Show.
Angle wrestled his final WWE match at WrestleMania 35 last year, and was defeated by King Corbin. The WWE Hall of Famer is currently working as a backstage producer for the promotion.

He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback.
