For years, WWE has been trying to create the next breakout Latin Superstar, attempting, and mostly failing, at building a name in the same vein as Rey Mysterio.
Alberto Del Rio is about as close as WWE has come in the past decade at recreating the magic that is Rey Mysterio, and in the end, Del Rio ended up leaving the company and is unlikely to return.
Despite WWE trying its hand with masked Superstars such as Kalisto and Sin Cara, the company has been unsuccessful in creating a Superstar who can boost viewership in the Latin demographic, and Andrade might be the key WWE's success in that department.
With his great look, excellent in-ring ability, and Zelina Vega at his side, now is the perfect time to turn Andrade babyface and create a big star for an important demographic that WWE will certainly be hoping to build upon when Smackdown Live moves to FOX.
