#2 Sasha Banks
WWE has always been hesitant about pushing 'The Boss' Sasha Banks.
Despite an impressive run as NXT Women's Champion, Banks joined the main roster in 2015, winning 4 RAW Women's Championships. But Banks' reigns have been very short, with her longest reign lasting mere weeks, before losing the title to the likes of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
As a face, Banks has floundered in the RAW Women's division, and it's especially troublesome to see when you compare her run as the top heel in NXT. A heel turn, possibly attacking BFF Bayley, or current champion Ronda Rousey could be exactly what Banks needs to affirm her status as the Boss.
