#2 Seth Rollins

Lets be honest here.
Despite being a bit smaller than what Vince McMahon would look for in a top star, Seth Rollins more than makes up for it with his high-flying move-set, great agility, and ability to steal the show.

In fact, even when Rollins turned heel and betrayed his Shield brethren in 2014, he was still one of the most over superstars at the time, which proves fans will love him regardless.
With that being said, with his ability to excite on the microphone and his Daniel Bryan like offense, he is one of the few examples of superstars that can transcend the boundaries and do the impossible.
In the end Rollins is like Balor, Styles, and other stars that are small in stature. They all have the ability to get over with an audience, not for their size, but for their abilities.
And that's what WWE needs right now. An organic babyface that can remove the stain on the company that Roman Reigns' never ending push has created. It gives WWE a chance to press the do over button, put Rollins as the top guy and relegate Reigns to the mid-card feuds he belongs in.
