A star in the making

One of the bigger revelations during WWE's 'Empty Arena Era' has been Sonya Deville and her excellent promo skills. She has broken out spectacularly during her feud with Mandy Rose, cutting a scathing promo on her former best friend on SmackDown.

It seemed like Rose would be the star of the duo, especially with her relationship with Otis beginning at WrestleMania. But since the split, Deville has been on fire in the ring and on the mic. She always seemed to have the potential to go far in WWE and now, everyone is seeing it.

Right now, while Deville and Rose are still going at it, the SmackDown Women's Title picture is one of the most interesting things in WWE today. Bayley and Sasha Banks could have a killer feud over the belt in the near future, with their slow-burning story currently progressing.

But after Bayley and Sasha are done with each other, Sonya Deville could enter the picture. She could challenge the winner of the feud, most likely Sasha Banks, for the title to keep the strong momentum going. If booked well, Deville could even beat the 'Legit Boss' for the title.
