Popularly known as Mr. WrestleMania, Shawn Michaels stands second in the list of Superstars with the most losses at WrestleMania. The former WWE Champion took part in 17 WrestleMania matches and of them, he could win only six. He suffered two successive losses to The Undertaker in 2009 and 2010, which ultimately ended his career.

He put on several WrestleMania classics during his career with his matches against Razor Ramon, Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle being some of the best in WrestleMania history. Michaels also fought for the WWF Championship against Diesel at WrestleMania XI, albeit in a losing effort.

In another WrestleMania main event, Stone Cold Steve Austin beat Michaels to win the WWF title. Mike Tyson was the special enforcer for that match. He lost another WrestleMania main event in 2004 when Chris Benoit defeated him and Triple H in a triple threat match for the World Heavyweight Championship at Madison Square Garden.

Although he came back to in-ring competition at WWE Crown Jewel two years ago, Michaels is yet to take part in a WrestleMania match since his defeat against The Deadman in Arizona.
