If you know your WWE history, you'll know that Rocky Johnson and Tony Atlas were a truly groundbreaking team, becoming the first ever African American World Tag Team Champions in company history.

And though the pair were a united front on screen, Atlas' real-life drug problems caused friction between the pair backstage, as their reign as champions would be short-lived because of these issues.

In an interview, Atlas admitted that the two were never friends, even claiming that the pair got into a fistfight the day before they lost the titles, and said Johnson would leave him at hotels.

Despite making history as a tag team, neither man would rise to much prominence afterward, with Atlas arguably being best remembered by current fans for laughing in ECW, and Johnson as the father of The Rock.
