Rhea Ripley didn't compete in the Royal Rumble last year, but she competed at WrestleMania 36. There, she came up short against "The Queen" when her NXT Women's Championship was on the line. Rumors suggest that "The Nightmare" is will be called up to the main roster soon. In that case, Ripley could make her official debut on the main roster at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view.

Instead of debuting in the Women's Royal Rumble Match, Ripley could stun the fans and prove that she's a force to be reckoned with by entering the Men's Royal Rumble Match instead.

During her time on the black-and-gold brand, Ripley was built as one of the most dominant stars on WWE programming. She should have a bright future in WWE, regardless of the way WWE books her debut. Still, the WWE Universe is already aware of Ripley following her appearance at last year's WrestleMania. So WWE has to pull out all the stops for her debut.

Ripley could definitely make a surprising impact if she competes with the men at WWE Royal Rumble.
