#2 A repackaged Dana Brooke in WWE

Is Brooke in line for a change of character?

Dana Brooke has struggled to get the opportunities in WWE that the likes of the rest of the women on SmackDown have had. While Lacey Evans has been on the WWE main roster for a year and a half, she's already had a handful of singles shots at both the RAW and SmackDown Women's Championships.

Brooke on the other hand hasn't sniffed many title shots. She was supposed to be a part of the five-woman match at Wrestlemania 36, but was taken out of the contest. While not every person should necessarily get a title shot, Brooke hasn't had one while many others have.

Instead, she qualified for this year's Money in the Bank match but didn't come off looking very strong. Her claim to fame was hauling down a fake briefcase in a conference room and then walking around with a broken picture frame around her neck. Simply put, Brooke hasn't had a lot of success since joining the main roster in 2016.

Part of the reason why she might have struggled early on was that she wasn't quite ready to join RAW or SmackDown. Her call-up might have been a bit premature and it in turn forced her to make mistakes and learn on the fly. Brooke has been leaning into her power or 'flex appeal' as her gimmick, but it hasn't led her anywhere.

Since she's improved a bit in the ring, perhaps she switches things up by being a glamour model instead. She was a power lifter and fitness model prior to joining WWE, so this could be a way to reintroduce her to the WWE Universe.
