#2 Samoa Joe chokes out AJ Styles to win The WWE Title

AJ Styles has been WWE champion for almost a year now and while he has arguably one of the most popular champions in the past couple of years, nothing can last forever. Unfortunately for The WWE Universe, that means Styles' title reign must finally come to an end at Summerslam against Samoa Joe.
Interestingly enough though, the selection of Samoa Joe to face Styles is a very smart one and could help minimize the damage of Styles losing the title. For example, if Styles were to be locked in the Kokena clutch, but not actually tap out, it allows for Joe to look like a beast and for Styles to look like a strong babyface in defeat.
In the end, maybe WWE will offer a stipulation to muddy the waters a little bit between the two and allow for other options on how to end the match,, but a submission finish just seems like the best idea out of all of it. Not only does it keep both superstars looking strong and set up a slew of rematches, it also would be a great way to establish Joe.
