#5. Drake Maverick

Drake Maverick had an interesting tenure with WWE

It's a real shame that Drake Maverick's stint in WWE lasted just over two years. Formerly known as Rockstar Spud in Impact Wrestling, he made his debut in WWE as Drake Maverick - the general manager of 205 Live.

Over two years, he's had a good stint as General Manager, often getting into the ring as well. Perhaps his most memorable time in WWE was in 2019 when he was chasing R-Truth for the 24/7 Championship, with his obsession causing problems with his wife who he had just married at the time.

He's a classic comedy character and has proven that he deserves a consistent spot on television. His feud with R-Truth was one of the best things to watch and he had a good role in WWE. He had just relinquished his role as 205 Live General Manager to compete for the Interim Cruiserweight Championship.

His video after being released was heartbreaking and given his talent and level of professionalism, he's a Superstar that we can see returning sooner rather than later.
