Kane challenged for the Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble

Given that Kane was portrayed as a destructive “Demon” who could potentially defeat Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship, it’s a little surprising that he hasn’t won any of his four televised matches in 2018.

“The Big Red Machine” failed to win the title in a Triple Threat match against Lesnar and Braun Strowman at the Royal Rumble, while he was also defeated the following night on Raw by Strowman in a Last Man Standing match.

Since then, the 7-footer has competed in two more matches – against John Cena on Raw and in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 34 – but he lost on both occasions.
