There’s an unwritten rule in WWE statistical history specifying that Chris Jericho must appear somewhere in every list to do with a specialised match type – and the Money In The Bank ladder match is no different.
It's well-known that Y2J has racked up more eliminations than anybody else in Elimination Chamber history and that he has spent the longest cumulative time in Royal Rumble matches, but he’s also among the most frequent losers in Money In The Bank ladder matches.
You would think that somebody the calibre of Jericho would be one of the favourites to win MITB every time he appears in the match, but the record books show that he has lost in all five of his previous appearances (2005, 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2016).
