Austin Theory has a bright future in WWE

The 22-year old Austin Theory is in a big spot that he was never intended to be in. While he was likely expected to stick around in NXT for longer, Andrade's absence for WrestleMania 36 meant that WWE needed to call someone up for that spot.

Austin Theory happened to be that Superstar and while he wasn't successful at WrestleMania, he started getting featured weekly on television. After getting ejected from Zelina Vega's group, Theory has joined Seth Rollins' faction in a spot that will likely benefit him more.

Sportskeeda's own Tom Colohue told Korey Gunz on Dropkick DiSKussions that there are many big names backstage pushing for Austin Theory's success:

They are desperate to see him succeed otherwise he wouldn't have even come up from NXT in the first place. It's not just Zelina Vega singing his praises, you've got Triple H and you've got Paul Heyman expecting great things. When you pair him with Seth Rollins, I think I do as well.

Austin Theory has a bright future in WWE and could end up becoming a main-eventer at a much younger age.
