#3 Owen Hart's breaks Stone Cold's neck

The sit-out piledriver is banned in WWE for a good reason.

At Summerslam 1997, Stone Cold challenged Owen Hart for his Intercontinental championship. Midway through the match, the king of Harts gave Austin a sit-out tombstone piledriver. However, Austin's head was tucked too low to protect from the move and hence the texas rattlesnake crashed on his head. Austin was paralyzed temporarily and lay in the mat almost motionless.

A few moments later, Austin recovered and rolled up Hart for his victory. But this injury would curtail Austin's career.
