During an episode of WWF Superstars in 1996, Hunter Hearst Helmsley (Triple H) was scheduled to face Marty Garner. Hunter positioned Garner for pedigree. However, Garner thought Hunter was going for a double underhooked Suplex or powerbomb and gave a flipping movement. This caused the move to end in a horrendous manner, causing Garner to land on his head and suffer a neck injury.
