All three members of British Strong Style have had issues with the dangerous trio known as Gallus in the past. There has been a rivalry between the six individuals of this trio ever since the beginning of NXT UK.

The two teams faced off in a six-man tag team match in the main event of an episode of NXT UK in which Gallus scored the victory. Joe Coffey also challenged Pete Dunne in the first ever NXT UK special NXT UK Takeover: Blackpool in a match where Pete Dunne would retain.

This rivalry will now be rekindled when Trent Seven faces Joe Coffey in the main event of NXT UK. Both individuals had some words for each other and will be hoping to get some momentum as both singles stars and tag team wrestlers.
