Fans can't relate to Alicia Fox. But here's the catch - it's all because of the meaningless storylines she's put into. Without a director or good plot, you can't expect movie characters to have substance. Creative needs to realize that too many face-heel turns won't help the cause either.
By being featured as a serious competitor instead of a goofy nut-job on live TV, fans might be more incentivized to support her.
They got a glimpse of her personality during Total Divas as well as during Lilian Garcia's podcast (which was received well by the internet community). The company could develop her character more by using real-life incidences to advance her storyline, something that could be facilitated through a return on Total Divas in 2018.
Another way to rebuild her character is to get rid of her awful entrance music. You cannot expect fans to take someone with the Pa-pa-party song seriously. Her older theme songs were much better.
