#5. Peyton Royce and Shawn Spears/Tye Dillinger

Peyton Royce has been absent for a large part of 2019 and 2020 after her reign as Women's Tag Team ended. That was perhaps her and Billie Kay's most prominent run since coming to the main roster - where they debuted by helping Carmella become the SmackDown Women's Champion.

Shawn Spears is now in AEW, where he'll hope to revive his career and take a different road from the one he did in WWE - where he spent most of his time in NXT and then a largely forgotten Superstar on the main roster. The lack of utilization and his role meant that he would ask for his release and get it, eventually jumping ship to AEW.

While Royce and Spears may not move beyond a certain level of the card, they've had good careers so far, but given that they're in two different promotions, it's unlikely we'll ever see them on-screen together. We can't rule of Spears returning to WWE, but if he gets pushed by AEW then there's no reason not to stay.
