Several Superstars should remain on their current brands following the Draft
#1. WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns has been the main Champion in WWE for more than a year and has become the face of SmackDown. Much like The Usos, it makes no sense for Reigns to make his return to RAW because The Bloodline is the only real storyline on SmackDown at present.
Roman Reigns will defend his Universal Championship against Finn Balor at Extreme Rules before then stepping into a feud with Brock Lesnar. With Big E's move over to RAW, this opens the door for these feuds to continue on SmackDown for the rest of the year.
SmackDown is now seen as WWE's flagship show and FOX will want Roman Reigns to remain as the face of their brand. The proposed match between The Rock and Reigns is also expected to be built on SmackDown, so a move over to RAW at this point is highly unlikely.
