All signs pointed towards Shayna Baszler becoming the woman to dethrone Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 36. Lynch's title reign had lasted just shy of a year at that point. However, she fell short and lost to The Man, who was able to complete a full calendar year as Champion.

While there was a tease of Lynch and Baszler having a rematch, rumors emerged that Nia Jax was Becky Lynch's original Money in the Bank opponent before it was all called off due to her pregnancy.

Different rumors then came about that Vince McMahon simply isn't convinced that Shayna Baszler has what it takes to be the top female heel on RAW. The big question is this - At this point, i.e, the pandemic era, who stands out as a better option to take that spot? Nia Jax often gets criticism for her unsafe in-ring style and hasn't proven herself to be ready for that spot.

Shayna Baszler needs to get pushed and it needs to happen immediately for the sake of the RAW Women's division.
