#4. Bianca Belair

Bianca Belair is one of the best talents that the women's division has seen move from NXT. While Shayna Baszler might be viewed with higher regard due to her two long reigns as NXT Women's Champion, Bianca Belair is one of the best homegrown talents in the WWE Performance Center's history and we expect her career to be filled with many Women's Championships.

She has everything it takes to be on the highest level, but an instant push for her may not work out the same way it did for Shayna Baszler. Granted, Baszler lost to Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 36, but she's fully expected to pick up where she left off and potentially dethrone The Man's historic run as RAW Women's Champion.

With Belair, WWE needs to wait a year or more until deciding to put the title on her. While being a MITB winner would suit her, she's a year away at the very least from being ready for that spot. However, we wouldn't be surprised to see her get an instant push.
