#2. Liv Morgan

Liv Morgan was re-introduced to WWE programming on the final RAW of the decade - where she interrupted the Lana-Bobby Lashley wedding to reveal that she was Lana's old lover. It was a way to briefly pair her with Rusev and as we know, that storyline has been abandoned.
After that, she briefly had a feud with the returning Ruby Riott (also involving Sarah Logan) and nothing much came of that either. While she had a Kickoff show win at WrestleMania 36 day 2, there's a lot of work to be done with her.
In the eyes of many, she has what it takes to be a future Women's Champion. However, we don't expect her to have a sustained push the way Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair have had.
She's another Superstar who has the potential but needs a long time to reach it. Luckily for her, she's only turning 26 years old, which means that there's a lot of time for her character to grow and develop.
