9 ideal debut feuds for incoming NXT call-ups

Who will fade? Will it be Aleister himself?

#3 Lars Sullivan vs. Braun Strowman or Roman Reigns

Lars Sullivan main roster debut
Monster Mash.

Raw needs some credible heels, badly. It's going to get worse when Brock Lesnar presumably leaves. If Braun Strowman or Roman Reigns walk out of Brooklyn with the Universal Championship, who do they have to defend it against? The only top-caliber heel on Monday nights that could conceivably be in title contention is Drew McIntyre. That isn't enough.

When looking at the current NXT landscape, there's not much for Lars Sullivan to do. The NXT title picture will be dominated by Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano for the remainder of the year. He doesn't fit as an opponent for the North American Championship with Adam Cole and The Undisputed Era in that scene. He and Velveteen Dream are both heels (even though Dream is getting more beloved by the day). Aside from a contest with Keith Lee, the yellow brand doesn't have room for him.

Sullivan is better suited to Monday nights. He would serve as an ideal first challenger for Roman Reigns or Braun Strowman after SummerSlam, assuming they don't fight each other, of course!
