Paul Roma failed spectacularly in his attempt to eliminate Jake Roberts
Paul Roma entered at #4 in the 1991 Royal Rumble, lasting over 14 minutes before he was eliminated by… himself.
With Jake “The Snake” Roberts hanging on to the top rope, Roma sprinted from the opposite set of ropes in an attempt to connect with Roberts but he inadvertently sent himself flying over his rival and onto the outside of the ring.
