#3 Tyler Breeze

Well, with Fandango, Breeze has made lemonade out of lemons, but sadly the lemon supply ran out when the former got injured - leaving Breeze in limbo.
The Fashion Police's Fashion Files segments plucked Breeze from the cold and made him a huge fan favourite, but Prince Pretty is now back on his own.
Top WWE star punished? More details HERE
Where to start with Tyler Breeze as a singles competitor? A mainstay of the NXT brand during his time there, always the almost man, lingering about the main event scene and even wrestling a certain Jushin Thunder Liger. Breeze spent five years in NXT and always seemed like he was the next man to get a shot at the NXT Championship, but it never quite happened for him.
Breeze debuted on the main roster, though, in a rivalry with Dolph Ziggler that never quite took off and somehow ended up going on a 20-match losing streak. Could it be time for a push?
#2 No Way Jose

No Way Jose's call-up to WWE's main roster was a huge shock - particularly as his NXT run wasn't particularly lighting the world on fire. Jose has been restricted to incredibly short segments and losses in WWE.
While he's getting some TV time, it's really just for ten seconds of comedy value before he's completely forgotten.
In almost a year of being on the main roster, all we know about Jose is he likes dancing. While that may work, smiling on your way to the ring, losing a quick match and disappearing seems like a huge waste of talent. WWE needs to push, or lose, Jose.
