Miro teamed up with Kip Sabian to take on Sonny Kiss and Joey Janela in his AEW Dynamite debut, and while there's nothing wrong with such a contest, it would have just made a lot more sense to unleash the Bulgarian powerhouse in a singles environment instead. The match in itself wasn't a 5-star classic either and there was more than one sloppy spot during the course of the match, in addition to the fact that this opening contest on AEW Dynamite went on for too long.
Maybe Miro will not be positioned in the same manner on AEW Dynamite as his fans may want him to be, because those who've grown up on WWE fare remember his run with Lana as the Bulgarian Beast and want that gimmick revisited again. Let's just hope that Miro doesn't slip and slide into cheesy and goofy territory with all the silliness around the wedding segment between Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford on AEW Dynamite, in the weeks that will follow.
