NWA Women's Champion Thunder Rosa made a brief appearance on AEW Dynamite, challenging AEW Women's Champion Hikaru Shida.
AEW Dynamite: Nightmare Sisters vs Ivelisse and Diamante (AEW Women's Tag-Team Cup tournament final)
Diamante and Ivelisse made a solid start to the match, clearly using their experience as an advantage. They isolated Brandi Rhodes early but Allie pulled things back for her team.
Rhodes tagged back in and hit Diamante with a pump kick. Allie came in with a sliding clothesline. Ivelisse tried to wrest back control for her team but got cut down wit ha Spear from Brandi Rhodes.
Allie and Diamante were the legal competitors. Diamante hit a nasty spinning forearm and tagged in Ivelisse. QT Marshall tried to interfere but he was knocked off the apron. Brandi Rhodes then got dumped out of the ring and onto QT Marshall.
Ivelisse and Diamante had Allie where the wanted her. Ivelisse finished her off, sending her face-first into the mat and then catching her with a boot to the jaw. This was enough to get Ivelisse and Diamante the win.
