FTR and Tully Blanchard were in the AEW Dynamite ring with Tony Schiavone. They said that SCU have to beat them next week in 20 minutes. If they don't, SCU will have to pay them.

FTR then spoke about giving people a 20-minute brush with greatness against them and Best Friends came out to meet them on AEW Dynamite. It looked like FTR would accept the challenge from Best Friends but they backed out at the last minute.

Diamante and Ivelisse jumped Hikaru Shida and Thunder Rosa from behind while they were still in the middle of their entrance. Shida soon took control for her team, laying out Diamante and catching her with a simultaneous knee lift at the same time as Thunder Rosa.

Back in the ring, Ivelisse took control for her team as we headed into break, with Thunder Rosa in a precarious position. Ivelisse and Diamante traded tags during the break working on Thunder Rosa.

Shida finally managed to tag in and took control of the match, hitting Diamante with a suplex from the top rope.
