#3 Big E
The powerhouse of The New Day has the highest ceiling out of the trio. Big E is built like a beast, is great on the mic and churns out good matches on a consistent basis. If the WWE is serious about pushing him, giving him a run with the briefcase could be the ideal launchpad for Big E to begin his singles run.
It is understandable that people may not want The New Day to disband, but the faction has got nothing left to achieve at this point and it is difficult to imagine them surpassing their current achievements, so perhaps separating the trio is the correct move. Big E entering the ladder match would add another physically intimidating force to the equation.
Seeing Big E trade blows with Braun Strowman, Samoa Joe or Rusev will be endlessly entertaining and winning the briefcase may take him a step closer to achieving his full potential. The timing seems perfect.
