What's the story?
The first episode of SmackDown Live after WrestleMania saw a few surprises.
Shane McMahon named the new SmackDown Live General Manager revealing that it was Paige and Daniel Bryan faced AJ Styles in a one-on-one matchup in the main-event of the show just to name two.
The show's first match saw The New Day face The Usos to determine who would go on to face WWE SmackDown Live Tag Team Champions, The Bludgeon Brothers.
The Usos won the match to become the Number One Contenders for the Tag Team Titles.
In case you didn't know...
At WrestleMania, The Bludgeon Brothers faced The Usos and The New Day in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match.
They continued their undefeated streak since being formed as a team and defeated both teams to become the new SmackDown Live Tag Team Champions.
Ever since they debuted on SmackDown Live, The Bludgeon Brothers have looked indomitable.
They interrupted the WWE Tag Team Title Match at Fastlane and took apart both teams.
The Greatest Royal Rumble will stream live on the WWE Network. The event will take place in at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Friday, April 27.
The show is already set to see the Royal Rumble as well as the rematch between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar for the Universal Title.
The heart of the matter
For some reason, WWE did not give the Usos their automatic rematch clause, and they had to earn the right in a match with the New Day on SmackDown Live.
They were able to do so and defeated the New Day in the opening match on SmackDown Live.
The two teams have faced each other repeatedly over the last few months and delivered yet another great encounter.
Having won the matchup, The Usos will go on to face SmackDown Live Tag Team Champions, the Bludgeon Brothers at the Greatest Royal Rumble Event in Saudi Arabia.

The Greatest Royal Rumble is set to take place in two week's time at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Friday, April 27.
