Backstage update on Roman Reigns' scripted promos, who's responsible?

Vince McMahon writing promos for Roman Reigns?

It was noted earlier in the week that the recent scripted promos Roman Reigns have been weak and the backstage feeling in the WWE is that those promos have him in “quicksand,” and are doing very little to help raise him to the next level in WWE.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Reigns cut a promo comparing himself to Superman, and then on Smackdown last night, he cut another cartoon-like promo during which he borrowed the phrase “suffering succotash,” made famous by The Looney Tunes character Sylvester.

When asked on Twitter who is responsible for Reigns’ promos, Dave Meltzer posted the following:

@WWMoan Vince is writing his promos. Vince is really out of touch. I hate to say it but the promos speak for themselves.
