After failing to win the new WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania despite her outstanding performance, we haven’t seen much of Becky Lynch. She didn’t even wrestle in last week’s RAW or SmackDown.
Although in past week’s SmackDown, the Irish Lass Kicker was interviewed regarding the Women’s Championship and the champion Charlotte. During the interview, she was interrupted by Emma, who confronted Becky by saying that she had stolen her opportunities. Cagesideseats.com reported that this was the beginning of an upcoming feud between Emma and Lynch.
Despite the tension brewing between the two women since SmackDown, they were not given any time on RAW. But Becky Lynch was interviewed backstage during the RAW Fallout show about Emma and she responded :
"Yeah, she came at me quite aggressively saying that I stole her opportunities. I'm not the one who steals things. I have scraped and clawed my way to exactly where I am right now and I'm not going to stop until I reach the top. So if Emma wants to come at me like that, well, come at me, bro. You know what? Light that match because I am 100-percent straight fire."
