One of the things that really irks me about All Elite Wrestling is the fact that there are no squash matches or even matches that don't go back and forth, again and again. With all due respect to Jungle Boy, he doesn't even have a storyline going on at the time, which means that MJF is considerably higher up on the totem pole. And the fact that MJF could not defeat Jungle Boy without Wardlow's help is actually quite a strange decision.

Are we supposed to believe that someone who cannot beat Jungle Boy clean is supposed to be a threat to Cody, a man who took 10 lashes to his back? Do not forget that MJF was thrown into a pool not long ago, and I just think that it's very difficult to take him seriously at this point.
Add the fact that Brandi Rhodes was a babyface for this match having abandoned the whole Nightmare Collective angle was also very confusing with regard to the overall proceedings.
