WWE Rumours: Big Cass could face Brock Lesnar in future
Mr. McMahon's love for big guys is well known in the pro-wrestling industry and it has been reported multiple times that the chairman of the board is high on Big Cass. It's said that he sees him as a potential money maker for the company.
However this opinion maybe stronger than any of us has expected. Actually, Dave Meltzer from the wrestling observer noted on MLW radio that Big Cass is viewed as being in the cadre of becoming a future opponent for none other than Brock Lesnar himself, reports allwrestlingnews.com
“They’ve kept Brock so strong, I don’t know mentality on Roman. The only guy I see is Cass. People react to him great, and maybe that’s the guy Brock ends up losing to, but that could be in a couple of years.”
As noted in the comment, there is a long way to go before we can finally see this match happening, but even being considered for a match with Lesnar is quite an accomplishment for a wrestler who has debuted in the main roster just 3 months ago.
Although, if WWE really wants this match to happen they will have to be very careful with the way they deal with the on-screen character of Cass, booking him to look as strong as possible.
