3 Botches You Probably Missed This Week On Monday Night Raw (April 22nd, 2019)

The road to Money in the Bank has now taken over WWE TV with The Superstar Shakeup in the rearview mirror but it appears that some WWE stars have been unable to step up their game ahead of one of the most rewarding WWE pay-per-views of the year.

Money in the Bank is definitely shaping up and the two triple threat matches that determined Seth Rollins' opponent on May 19th were able to see AJ Styles come out on top and set up the first one-on-one showdown between Styles and Rollins in 13 years.

There were also a number of returns this week including Alicia Fox, who features heavily in this article and Bray Wyatt, who has become one of the most talked about stars on Social Media over the past few hours. Money in the Bank is less than three weeks away and it appears that many of these stars aren't fully prepared for the Road to SummerSlam to get underway.

#3 Peyton Billie Kay?

Peyton Royce and Billie Kay are the Women's Tag Team Champions at present which means that they are forced to appear on all WWE brands to defend their Championships. This week on Raw, The IIconics made their way over to Raw as Billie Kay took on Naomi but Mike Rome seemed to forget which member of The IIconics was taking on the former Women's Champion.

Rome announced Peyton Royce as accompanying Kay to the ring before he then announced Billie Kay as "Peyton Billie Kay" which is obviously not the name of the Femme Fatal. Corey Graves and Renee Young even commented on the botch with Graves pointing out that when you become a Tag Team Champion you become one person.

Kay and Royce obviously weren't fazed by the error, but Kay did go on to lose her match to Naomi in a very quick exchange.

#2 Lacey Evans forgets which title she's challenging for

Lacey Evans became the number one contender for the Raw Women's Championship last week on Raw when she defeated Natalya, but the former NXT star and The Lady of WWE came out to interrupt The Man this week on Raw and seemingly forgot that she was only challenging for one title.

Evans told The Man that her two titles could be around her waist following Money in the Bank, but it's recently been announced that Evans wouldn't be challenging for both of the titles, instead, she would face different challengers from both SmackDown Live and Monday Night Raw.

Evans has botched a number of times since her first appearance on the main roster and it appears that this streak continued this week on Raw since she has now confused the WWE Universe, who believe that she could be challenging for both titles.

#1 Alicia Fox returns

Alicia Fox made her return to Monday Night Raw this past week to take on Becky Lynch ahead of The Man's Money in the Bank showdown with Lacey Evans and the former Divas Champion showed that her time on the sidelines has seen her pick up some ring rust.

Becky Lynch went for a headscissor takedown mid-way through the match and Fox didn't push her head over to the right side and looked as though she actually delivered a tombstone to the double champion.

Fox has been missing from WWE TV ever since the recent controversy surrounding Pat Patterson and it appears that she has made her return to the company so that she can be considered for the upcoming Money in the Bank Women's Ladder Match, but after her showing this week on Raw, it's highly unlikely.
