The revelation we have all been waiting for to happen ever since WWE announced its brand split has occurred just 30 minutes ago. Yes, WWE has just announced the date on which the Draft will be conducted and it will occur on July 19, the opening night of SmackDown’s live premiere.

For weeks, WWE universe has been buzzing about WWE Draft. Hands down WWE draft is one of the most exciting nights for a WWE fan as it will determine which WWE Superstar will belong to which brand. When the company announced the brand split and separate rosters for each brand, the first thing that came back to a fan’s mind was the draft.

Earlier, speculations spread through the internet on the potential date the draft will be conducted. July 18, the Raw before brand split comes into effect, was considered by most to be the ideal date for the draft to occur. But, it looks like WWE is planning to open SmackDown’s first live premiere in a grand manner.
